DEAR AUTHORS,

In regards of the potential uncontrollable internet connection problems, all presentation of normal papers will be conducted by means of video recording.

Only keynote, plenary and invited sessions will be conducted thru live on-line presentation

The presenter must be present online for the Q&A session after the playback of presentation video is finished. Therefore, all presenter must pre-recorded presentation video, and provide the link of the pre-recorded presentation video in EDAS NOT LATER than DECEMBER 10, 2021:

STEP-BY-STEP PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Before the conference:
a. Record the video presentation. The duration of the video is 15 minutes
b. Name the presentation video using session number and presenter name as file name, eg. “APACE_Session1A_Kang.mp4”.
c. Upload the presentation video to your own YouTube or Google Drive. If you upload it in Google Drive, please enable access/permission for us to download the video file.
d. Provide the link of the recorded presentation video in EDAS: https://edas.info/uploadPaper.php?m={paper number}&type=presentation
e. Provide the link NOT LATER than DECEMBER 10, 2021

During the conference:
a. Connect to the correct conference room using Zoom. The Zoom link for the workshop will be given 3 days before the event. Presenter’s name in the Zoom session should be “Presenter_X_YourName”. X is the order of presentation in your session room.
b. Join the virtual workshop at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
c. During the session, after the presentation video has finished, a 5 minute Q&A session will be opened for discussion. The workshop room managers will authorize the presenter to share screen and audio during Q&A section.
